Position Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Provide guests with superior guest service
·Participate in efficient pre-arrival, arrival, departure and overall experience for all guests
·Ability to answer all guest inquiries at Front Desk
·Responsible for cash float
·Liaison with Front Office, and Food & Beverage operations.
·Ensuring all revenue for the Hotel is posted.
·Balancing of sales and settlement for all revenues.
·Answering incoming calls, paging as necessary, inputting messages into the computer, postings in the computer.
·Produce room status reports.
·Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
·Previous Front Office/Night Audit experience.
·Mathematical and computer abilities are required.
·Some Accounting knowledge preferred.
·Must speak English fluently; must have a very pleasant telephone manner and voice.
·Computer literate, knowledge of Excel, Property Manager and Word is an asset.
