Compensation:
• Starting Rate - $12.47 per hour
• $.50 per hour language premium paid for French, Spanish & Arabic

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Leader, Reservation Sales, the Reservation Sales Agent is responsible for the following;

• Booking reservations for our unique collection of world-class resorts and city center hotels
• Serving as the primary contact between our guests and our luxury properties
• Providing product expertise in a professional, friendly and informative manner
• Enriching our guest's experiences while maximizing the company's profitability
• Identifying sales opportunities and actively selling the features and benefits of choosing to secure reservations at our distinctively unique properties

Qualifications:
• Exemplary salesmanship with the ability to up sell and add value to our guest’s experience
• Dedication and commitment to being the best
• Excellent keyboarding skills and a talent for multi tasking
• Strong written and verbal business skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to provide personal and sincere service
• Flexible and committed to working in a 24/7 environment. Schedules are varied and will include days, overnights and weekends
