Through tuition reimbursement, our Company encourages Colleagues to acquire, maintain and improve their skills and knowledge by taking part-time courses in subjects related to their present jobs, or to their career objectives within Fairmont. Part-time courses can be taken in academic, technical or trade-related subjects at secondary or post-secondary levels from recognized educational institutions, agencies, or nationally accredited professional societies.
