Service Plus Awards

The Service Plus Recognition Program is designed to recognize and reward those members of our team who truly shine in the performance of their duties.

Hotel Guests, Colleagues and Managers are asked to play a role in nominating individuals that they have been impressed by for the Star of the Month Award. Leaders can be nominated for the Leader of the Quarter Award Program in the same way.

All Hotel Stars and Leaders are then eligible to be selected as either Hotel Star of the Year or Hotel Leader of the Year. Each of these reward recipients receives an all expense paid trip to the Fairmont hotel or resort of their choice for five days. Additionally, the Hotel Star and Leader are eligible to become Company Star or Company Leaders of the Year for which they receive 100 shares of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts stock as well as special recognition.
