
Our Leadership Development Program is designed to infuse the Company with new talent, ideas and leadership that will help us achieve our global growth strategy. Our goal is to attract and select "the best" graduates whose outstanding skills will serve us well as we expand into the future. In return, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will provide program participants the opportunity to work at some of the best hotels around the globe and learn from some of the best leaders in the industry.
We are looking for individuals who have the passion, ambition, and confidence to be future senior hotel leaders. If you have previous hospitality experience, and are able and willing to relocate to participate our Leadership Development Program could be right for you.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our Leadership Development Program is uniquely designed to provide you the opportunity to develop and apply your leadership skills enabling you to achieve your specific career goals.
Each program participant will be assigned a leadership position within a hotel for a period of 12 to 18 months.
We offer opportunities within the following areas of specialization:
Hotel Placement will be determined by the participants' geographic preference, previous experience, career development needs and the developmental opportunity that each hotel has to offer.
Once assigned to a hotel an Individualized Development Plan will be created which will include a rotation through the area of specialization you have selected. You will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the program duration and throughout your career with the Company.
THE SELECTION PROCESS:
Interviews
Interviews are conducted on campus or are arranged through one of our recruiters for those who apply either on-line or to one of our hotels directly.
