THE PROGRAM
Our Culinary Apprenticeship Program provides hands-on training, certification and mentorship at one of our many luxurious hotels. Under the tutelage of our world-class Executive Chefs, you will rotate through all kitchen departments, including saucier, entremetier, garde-manger, patisserie, butchery and restaurants. By watching and participating in exciting demonstrations by the Executive Chef, Sous and Pastry Chefs, as well as by completing a series of projects and tests designed to motivate you towards excellence, you will receive an introduction to everything from breakfast cooking to preparing large banquets.
